Certificate of Origins

A Certificate of Origin (CoO) is a document that evidences that the goods in your export shipment were produced, manufactured, or processed in a particular country.

Certificates of origin are usually issued for goods that are being sold abroad as a permanent export.

EUR1

An EUR1, also called a ‘movement certificate,’ permits importers in certain countries to bring in goods at a lower or zero import duty rate, in compliance with the trade agreements between Portugal and its partner countries. This certificate applies to imports and exports for specific countries listed under the trade agreements.

Certificate of Free sale

A Certificate of Free Sale is a document that confirms a product is legally sold in the open market and meets regulatory standards for safety and quality. It is often required for exporting products, mostly cosmetics, to other countries.

Chamber of Commerce

A Chamber of Commerce certificate is a document issued by a local Chamber of Commerce that verifies a business’s membership in the Chamber. It may also attest to a business’s good standing and compliance with certain requirements, such as licensing, insurance, or safety regulations.

Notarised Documents

A notarised document is one where the identity and signature of the signatory has been verified by reference to original photographic identity documents and witnessed by a Notary Public at the time of signing. We can notarised document for you.

Standard Shipping Note (SSN) & Dangerous Goods Note (DGN)

We can ensure all shipments contain the correct shipping notes, including the Standard Shipping Note (SSN) and Dangerous Goods Note (DGN) as required.

Freight Documentation

When shipping freight internationally, accurate documentation is essential.

Our skilled operations and logistics team manages all necessary paperwork, duties, tariffs, and freight logistics, whether by air or sea. Standard export documents are included with every shipment to ensure compliance.

However, any amendments made after the goods have shipped will incur a charge. We aim to provide a seamless export experience, handling every detail so your cargo arrives at its destination without hassle or delays.

Shipping Label

A shipping label must be attached to all sea freight consignments. It contains essential information about your shipment, including sender and delivery addresses.

Air Waybill (for Air Freight)

All air freight shipments require an air waybill containing vital information such as sender and delivery addresses. It’s attached to every separate piece in your consignment.

Bill of Lading (for Sea Freight)

A Bill of Lading is required only for sea freight shipments. It entitles a named party to receive the shipped goods at the destination port. We prepare Bills of Lading for you once the vessel departs and send you a copy.

CMR

CMR Convention applies to contracts for the carriage of goods by road between two different countries, where the place of taking over of the goods and the place designated for delivery are situated in two different countries, and at least one of the countries is a signatory to the convention.

Export Entry

Export Entry is a declaration that is legally mandatory for shipments exported from Portugal, which provides details about the exporter and the cargo contents. The declaration also allows HMRC to check that you’re complying with export controls, for example licensing requirements, duty and VAT. Fee: Europe €45 Included in All other international export

At IFT Wholesale, we provide a wide range of container sizes to meet all your specific needs. Each container is meticulously loaded and undergoes a thorough quality inspection at our warehouse before being shipped to the port. Please note, IFT Wholesale is not liable for any changes or issues that may occur after the container has arrived at the port.

20ft Container

We can load 20 pallets - Max Weight 24,0000 KG A 20ft container, also known as a standard container, is one of the most commonly used shipping containers. It has a length of 20 feet, a width of 8 feet, and a height of 8 feet 6 inches. It offers a versatile and cost-effective solution for transporting goods.

40ft High Container

We can load 42 pallets - Max Weight 24,0000 KG High cube shipping containers provide an additional foot of height, offering convenient storage and transportation options for large or bulky cargo.

40ft Reeefer Container

Refrigerated containers, also called reefer containers, are used for goods that need to be temperature controlled during shipping - Please speak to your representative for more details

Truck Load(FTL/LCL )

We can load between 26 to 30 pallets - The size will be determined by the client.

All containers are loaded from our warehouse and delivered to port. IFT are not responsible for any charges once the container has reached port.
