How we prepare shipments for transport

Step 1
Office to Warehouse
Our dedicated operations team continuously monitors your order status. Once your order is ready for dispatch, they use our integrated order system to notify our warehouse to prepare for delivery.
Step 2
The Pick
The warehouse management team organizes the day based on our customer delivery schedule.
They print the pick list for your order and hand it over to one of our experienced picking crews, who will begin preparing your order for delivery.
Step 3
A Place for Everything
With over 4,200 pallet locations in our warehouse, the pick list is essential in directing the picking crew to collate your order.
Using our scanner guns, they ensure that they pick your order accurately and efficiently. They also make a note of any special requests you may have regarding the products you’ve ordered.
Step 4
Tetris - Warehouse Edition
Our picking crews are masters at three-dimensional Tetris! Using our bespoke layer board, corners, and a lot of skill, they ensure that your order is picked and packed safely and efficiently for transport.
We always maximize the space on your truck or container.
Step 5
Wrap Artists
Once the pick is complete, our wrap artists step in to complete the process by wrapping your pallets to protect them during transit.

Picked, Packed, Delivered

A pallet for every order size
Pallets
We are able to adjust your pallets to suit your order. We have the facilities to change your pallets to fit export requirements.
Pallet Types
Portugal Pallets Size – 1.2m long x 1m
Euro Pallets Size – 1.2m x 0.8m
Heated Treated Pallets:
The heat treatment protects from contamination and removes hazardous material that may linger on a pallet.
Once treated, the protection will last the lifetime of the pallet.
